Account Health

Your product-adoption score, setup checklist and 8-week usage trend — see the value you're getting and what to do next.

Account Health gives you a single, at-a-glance read on how much value you're getting from error.page — and the fastest way to get more. It's your own version of the metrics we track internally, computed live from your account's activity. Open it from Account Health in the sidebar.

The health score

At the top is a composite health score from 0 to 100, with a grade:

Grade Score What it means
Excellent 80–100 Fully set up and actively resolving and engaging.
Good 60–79 Solid — a step or two from getting the most out of the platform.
Fair 40–59 Working, but leaving value on the table.
Needs attention 0–39 Mostly unconfigured, or gone quiet — worth a few minutes to fix.

The score is deliberately transparent. The "What drives your score" panel shows each component, its own sub-score, and how much it weighs:

  • Setup & activation — how many of the setup steps below you've completed.
  • Incident resolution — the share of the last 30 days' errors you've resolved. A period with no errors scores full marks — a quiet site is a healthy one.
  • Active usage — how recently you've signed in and worked your errors.
  • User re-engagement (paid plans) — whether you're capturing leads and CTA clicks during outages. On Free this component is left out and the other weights rebalance, so you're never penalised for a feature you don't have.

Setup checklist

The checklist is the quickest route to a higher score. Each step links straight to where you complete it:

  1. Create your first project.
  2. Install the SDK — capture your first error.
  3. Customize your branded error page.
  4. Re-engage users during an outage — capture a lead or notify someone on recovery.
  5. Invite a teammate.
  6. Connect an integration or webhook.

The header shows your progress (e.g. 4 / 6), and the hero highlights the single biggest opportunity remaining.

Usage trend & value delivered

Below the checklist:

  • Errors captured — last 8 weeks: a weekly bar chart of your error volume, so you can see trends and spot whether reporting has gone quiet.
  • Value delivered: headline totals for errors monitored, errors resolved, users notified on recovery, and leads captured — the concrete work error.page has done for you.

How it's calculated

Everything is derived from your own account's real records, scoped to your current organization's projects. Nothing is estimated or synthetic, and the numbers refresh every time you open the page. Related reading: Incident feed, Engagement & lead capture, and Teams & collaboration.
