Plans & billing

What each plan includes, how limits work, and how to upgrade or cancel.

How limits work

  • Errors are counted per project, per calendar month, and reset automatically on the 1st. On Free, a project that hits 500 errors in a month stops ingesting until the reset (or until you upgrade). Paid plans are unlimited.
  • Projects — Free is capped at one; paid plans are unlimited.

Limits are enforced server-side, so you're never surprised by an overage bill — Free simply stops at the cap rather than charging you.

Upgrading

Upgrade from the Plans page. Billing is handled by Stripe; you'll be taken to a secure checkout. Your new entitlements apply as soon as the subscription is active — connect an AI model, add a custom domain, or set up webhooks immediately after.

Changing or cancelling

Manage your subscription from your account's billing section. You can move between paid tiers or cancel at any time. On cancellation you keep paid features until the end of the current billing period, then the account returns to the Free tier and its limits.

Enterprise

Need a custom SLA, a security review under NDA, or priority onboarding for a larger team? Enterprise is custom-priced — reach out to sales from the Plans page and we'll scope it with you. See the Service Level Agreement for the standard commitments.
